Canada’s west coast, a stunning region combining lush rainforest and vast stretches of remote beach, provides the perfect backdrop for a summer sunset. Soft, warm light transforms the landscape into shades of purple, pink, red and orange. Beach rocks sparkle and crashing waves glow as the final rays of light hit them. Summers on the west coast of Canada are mild, with the average high temperature in Tofino rarely exceeding 20 ºC (68 ºF).
